Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026. This policy covers sunnyy.ai — the marketing site and waitlist — not the Mac app, which has its own in-product privacy controls.
What we collect on this site
- Waitlist email when you join — used to tell you when invites open.
- Hashed IP address for short-term rate limiting on the waitlist form (not stored as a readable IP in our database).
- Basic analytics via Vercel Analytics — aggregated page views, not a personal profile.
How we use it
Waitlist emails are stored in our database and may be synced to Resend so we can send launch updates. We do not sell your email. We do not use the waitlist for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for early access. Email info@sunnyy.ai from the address you signed up with to request deletion.
The Mac app
Sunnyy on macOS may send prompts and tool context to cloud AI providers when you use cloud features. That behavior is explained in the app and in our product docs — it is separate from this marketing site.
